Mireille Juchau is a Sydney-based novelist, essayist and critic.

Juchau used her residency to continue the draft of her fourth novel, exploring the concept of the doppelganger through tracing the fate of a Jewish relative.

Juchau was also in residence at Bundanon in 2015, 2012 and 2011.

In Dharawal the word Bundanon means deep valley.
