Alexander Boyd

Appreciated for the sensitivity and integrity of his interpretations, Alexander Boyd enjoys a career as both soloist and chamber musician.

Born in 1972 he made his Concerto debut in 1983 with the BBC Scottish Symphony Orchestra, and since his London Wigmore Hall debut in 2001 he has performed frequently at many of the worlds leading recital halls and international music festivals. In recent years, Alexander has also given debut recitals in Belgium, Spain and France in addition to his frequent visits to Australia. Recent appearances there have included concerts in partnership with Musica Viva, performances on the Resonate Recital Series at the Art Gallery of NSW, the Melbourne Recital Centre, the Sydney Recital Hall, the National Gallery in Canberra, the Newcastle Conservatorium, and radio broadcasts throughout the country.
