Beaumont Cottage

Beaumont Cottage is a charming caretaker's cottage surrounded by picturesque heritage gardens adjacent to the historical Beaumont House.

It is a peaceful environment with manicured grounds, large trees, flowers, active bird life and the occasional koala.

Beaumont House was established in 1849 in the Adelaide foothills for the first Anglican Archbishop of Adelaide, Augustus Short. The house was extended over subsequent years and was gifted to the National Trust in 1967.

The cottage features a flexible layout, suitable for one or two persons. There are two bedrooms, an open living area and study.

The cottage is fully furnished with all necessary living requirements including a fully equipped kitchen with separate dining room.

The second bedroom opens out onto a pergola, taking full advantage of the tranquil garden setting.

Beaumont Cottage is located within the grounds of Beaumont House at 631 Glynburn Road, Beaumont, SA 5066, a short 15 minute drive to the CBD.

Beaumont House and Cottage are situated in a property of four hectares which includes extensive lawns and gardens and is close to Brock Reserve and Beaumont Link Walking Trail. It is a 20-minute walk to nearby George Bolton Swimming Centre and Hazelwood Park.

The property has off-street parking.
