making connections

Outreach

Through our Outreach programs, Bundanon Trust develops ongoing relationships with a wide range of local community organisations, creating partnerships which strengthen community identity and local culture.

Young People

Bundanon is committed to engaging with young people in the local community to provide access to learning programs, workshops and the natural environment. These programs provide day visits for local organisations in the youth sector.

Bundanon Trust works with YWCA Links to Learning program which brings students from local high schools, at risk of disengaging with formal education, for art & poetry workshops and social learning opportunities.

Adult Learning

Bundanon Trust supports a range of day visits for groups, including TAFEs, training and employment organisations; and adult community learning groups. Workshops are offered to these participants to suit their abilities and provide relaxation, social inclusion and engagement in the arts. Carers are able to participate on respite day visits.

All abilities

Bundanon creates opportunities for people living with disabilities to access arts learning and skill development workshops. Groups such as The Disability Trust, Shoalhaven Mental Health and Crossroads have enjoyed day visits to Bundanon and Riversdale, enjoying the landscape and the chance to share a relaxing day with their peers. Carers are also able to participate on respite day visits.
