Read MoreFounded in 2004, Punctum is an artist-led Live Arts organisation on Dja Dja Wurrung country and based in Castlemaine, Australia. Punctum devises and creates its own small to large scale live performance works in collaboration with adventurous artists from across artistic disciplines and art-forms.
They investigate conventions and traditions of site, place and its people, and their works explore and reconsider characterisations, constructions and representations of locations, systems, and inhabitants; the different languages that define places in their geographical, political, social, cultural, environmental and poetic dimensions.

Live and work in Castlemaine, Australia
This ‘Skinship’ residency at Bundanon brought together a group of these participating ‘Water Futures’ artists, researchers and scientists together to develop ‘Skinship’ – an international arts and water project. A model was created with the view that each international Skinship site will be hosted in collaboration with traditional custodians and invite artists, local audiences and participants to generate and experience a gathering place of transposed traditional bathing practices, reconsidered architectures, innovations in water usage, walks, talks, events, and discussions.
