With more than 20 years’ in the non-profit, government and cultural sectors in Australia, Asia and the United Kingdom, Kate has established herself as a thought-leader in arts governance and cultural leadership, as well as workplace culture and well-being, online communication and communities, and increasing access for marginalised groups.

In 2021, she published Our Hybrid Future, a free guide to making art work onsite and online.

In residence at Bundanon

During her residency, Kate will continue her research into the art of arts governance, exploring the unpredictable, unsteady and increasingly unsafe models and practices on which Australia’s arts and not-for-profit organisations are based.
