Lives / works: Yuin Country, Shoalhaven NSW.

Julie Love’s visual art career began in the 1970’s as a painter. Since then sculpture has become another focus in their work.  Now working primarily in sculpture, drawing and painting are still an important part of their practice. They have been living in the Shoalhaven for over ten years and in that time have had three solo exhibitions at the Shoalhaven Regional Gallery as well as being invited to numerous group exhibitions. Love has exhibited in many Sculpture exhibitions both in the Shoalhaven and elsewhere. 

In residence at Bundanon

Whilst in residency, Love will explore the relationship and connection between people and land, taking inspiration from the local landscape and bush for new sculptural forms and materials.
