Gabriella Smart is a passionate exponent of contemporary music, and has given award-winning premieres of Australian compositions. She has performed widely throughout Australia, and in France, promoting the works of Australian composers.

Maryanne Pipe and Gabriella Smart were in residence together at Bundanon following a concert at Bundanon in September 2019.
