Emma Long is an illustrating, educating, rollerskating mother currently living and working on Yuin country, South Coast, New South Wales.
Driven, particularly by the urgency of climate change, Long creates fun, educational experiences around wildlife and ecosystem conservation.

Long has exhibited regularly in group and solo exhibitions across the Northern Territory during their 14 years as a Garramilla, Darwin, based Arts Educator and Illustrator. Her debut Childrens book, Walking in Gagudju Country created with authors Diane Lucas and Ben Tyler was shortlisted for the CBCA 2022 Book of the Year awards for both the EVE POWNALL and New Illustrator categories.
