Carolyn Leach-Paholski is an award winning poet and author whose work has been published extensively in Australia in publications including Island, Quadrant, The Stalking Tongue, Stylus Poetry Journal and HQ Magazine.

Leach-Paholski used her time at Bundanon in 2009 to work on her second novel.

In Dharawal the word Bundanon means deep valley.
