Read MoreAnnabelle McMillan’s performance work explores the dualities and hypocrisies in daily existence, particularly examining the concept of the cosmos, the balance between good/evil and god/man, and how this impacts our construction of self-identity in the contemporary context. Her method of inquiry is greatly influenced by her Indonesian heritage and upbringing as a “Third Culture Kid.” McMillan is intrigued by the prospects of cross-cultural dialogue and aims to explore the role of story telling and mythology today.
McMillan was in residence at Bundanon in 2014.
