Thibaud Pavlovic-Hobba is an Australian-French violinist born in Tasmania. He studied at the University of Tasmania, Conservatorium of Music and attended the Australian National Academy of Music where he studied with Paul Wright and Bill Hennessy. Pavlovic-Hobba has performed with the Tasmanian and Sydney Symphony Orchestras, Melbourne Chamber Orchestra and the Mahler Chamber Orchestra. He was an Australian Chamber Orchestra emerging artist for two years, playing with the ACO2 and joined the Australian Chamber Orchestra as a part-time musician in 2016.

Pavlovic-Hobba was in residence in 2016 to support Wendy Morrow, Leigh Hobba and Trevor Partick on their project ‘Geologies’.
