Ensemble Offspring are champions of adventurous new music. Presenting music from seminal chamber work to free improvisation alongside the creation of striking interdisciplinary productions, the group embraces open-minded music making of all forms.

IN RESIDENCE 2016

Hatched is an intensive music program designed to provide practical experience to the next generation of innovative young Australian performers and composers. The program offers a practical in-road into the world of new music. The 2016 Hatched Academy draws on the skills and expertise of Ensemble Offspring’s Artistic Director, Claire Edwardes, its core instrumentalists and internationally acclaimed composer, Juan Felipe Waller.

Ensemble Offspring were also in residence at Bundanon in 2011.
