Twilight Feast
Bundanon x The What If Society

Experience an evening of seasonal eating, sustainability, and the joy of flavourful food with The What If Society.

This shared, three-course feast will be crafted from the finest locally sourced ingredients in a new collaboration between Bundanon’s award-winning Executive Chef Douglas Innes-Will and Chef Eilish Maloney from The What If Society. Every dish will be designed to surprise and delight, showcasing vibrant, seasonal flavours, with an emphasis on zero food waste.

This is more than just dinner – it’s about enjoying good, nutritious food and celebrating the bounty of our local community.

As an intimate event, bookings are limited. Book early to avoid disappointment. Optional wine pairings will be available to complement your meal, elevating the dining experience.

Twilight Feast tickets include entry to the Art Museum whose operating hours will extend to 5.30pm. We encourage guests to arrive early to view Bundanon’s latest exhibition Thinking Together: Exchanges with the natural world, before the Twilight Feast event commences.
