Learn landscape painting with artist Peter Sharp.

In this workshop, participants will be guided through the en plein air painting process that Peter Sharp has developed from many years of painting in the Australian landscape. This workshop is for all levels and abilities, whether you are just starting out or are an experienced artist looking to expand your creative practice.

 


 

About Peter Sharp

For over thirty years, Peter Sharp’s research has consistently been about the visual exploration and understanding of how nature works and fits together, through the lens of abstraction. His work includes drawing, painting, sculpture, and printmaking.

 


 

En plein air Artmaking Series

Immerse yourself in the landscape that inspired Arthur Boyd through this series of en plein air workshops. Spread over 1000 hectares, this beautiful setting of the Shoalhaven River and rugged bushland has featured in many of Boyd’s works and inspired artists for decades.
