Linda (she/they) is an actor, writer and multidisciplinary artist hailing from Ngunnawal and Ngambri country (Canberra). Her work spans across film, theatre, experimental performance and applied drama. As a theatremaker, she has previously completed residencies and labs with The Street Theatre, YouAreHere’s Cahoots, Canberra Youth Theatre, The Australian Theatre for Young People and Shopfront Arts. As performer, she has worked extensively with institutions such as The Street Theatre, National Gallery of Australia, the Museum of Australian Democracy and the Australian Academy of Science, as well as with independent artists such as the Helpmann Award nominated duo Anna Breckon and Nat Randall. Linda holds a Bachelor of Arts(Hons.)/Commerce from the Australian National University, where her Honours thesis explored questions of ethics and efficacy around the use of applied theatre in fostering cross-cultural communication.

The development and writing of a first draft with staging blueprint for my live/digital hybrid play ‘t(here)’. Featuring two lovers in a long distance, online relationship, the premise is simple: At no point in this love story do they touch.
