Bundanon Open Days

Bundanon is open to the public every Sunday.

Opening hours are from 10.30am to 4pm, with last entry to the homestead at 3.30pm. Tours of the Bundanon Homestead and Arthur Boyd’s Studio are available at 11.30am and 1.30pm. Our friendly and knowledgeable guides are on hand to answer all your questions.

Browse through the gift shop and follow up with a bush walk to the natural amphitheatre or to the Shoalhaven River. The gift shop is open from 10.30am - 3.30pm, stocking a range of cards, books and prints by artists in residence and Arthur Boyd. Bring a picnic lunch, tea and coffee available.

Arthur Boyd invited members of the Australian Decorative & Fine Arts Society (ADFAS) to be the original guides at the Bundanon Homestead. Current guides are part of Bundanon's Volunteer Program. If you are interested in becoming a volunteer, please click here.

It is suggested that you enter the property between 10.30am-1pm and depart between 1.30pm-4pm due to the single lane access road.

Extreme weather events may lead to the closure of the Bundanon property.

Our staff work closely with local authorities to monitor bushfire warnings and maintain access roads. However, if it rains roads can become slippery in places, so please drive carefully.

Keep your eye on our homepage for notice of closure, or ring the Homestead on 02 4422 2900 after 10am on the day of your visit if you are uncertain.
